OUR COMPANY

MC BOND was established 2012, located in Taizhou, Zhejiang of China.

Specialized in metal composite panels.

Including aluminum composite panels, galvanized steel composite panels, stainless steel composite panels, copper composite panels, titanium zinc composite panels, etc. We export more than 200 million m² of panels to all over the world, such as USA, Mexico in North America; Panama, Ecuador, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile in Latin America; Thailand, Indonesia, UAE in Asia; Latvia, Spain, Italy in Europe; South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria in Africa.

High Speed Production Lines

We have total 3 production lines. One of them is high-speed co-extrusion production line with German technology. With this line, we can produce 8000m² of ACP per day. The maximum panel width up to 2000mm and the maximum panel thickness up to 20mm.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process to ensure that every aluminum-plastic

composite panel and aluminum sandwich panel meets industry standards.

We follow 4-point check to ensure the quality of our products

1. Raw materials check:

After receiving the raw materials, we will immediately test the quality of the raw materials. Only when they meet our quality requirements will we put the raw materials into storage.

2. Production process check:

During production, we have quality inspectors watching the panels throughout the process. If any defects are found, they will be marked and cut out.

3. Product check:

We will test the performance of the produced panels according to the standards specified by the customers to ensure that all panels meet the requirements.
4. Post production check:

Before being dispatched, visual inspection is done to ensure that all parameters are correct.

Products Inspection

We will conduct factory inspection on each batch of products. Inspection items include: specification size, appearance quality, coating thickness, gloss deviation, surface pencil hardness, coating flexibility and adhesion, impact resistance, solvent resistance, peel strength, acid resistance, alkali resistance, etc.

International Standard Certifications:

MCBOND's products have not only passed the CTC quality certification of the National Building Materials Testing Center, but also passed the CE EU, Swiss SGS, Singapore PSB, Australian NATA, and American ASTM standard tests. The company has in-depth cooperation with many well-known domestic and foreign suppliers such as DuPont, PPG, BECKER, RHEINZINK, China Aluminum Corporation, China Steel Corporation, and Sinopec.
