For different specifications (3×0.2/0.2MM, 3×0.2/0.2MM, 4×0.3/0.3MM), the panel exhibits impressive performance. The peel-off strength is ≥4.0N/mm, ensuring the layers are firmly bonded even under stress. The density ranges from 6.4kg/m² to 8.5kg/m², providing a good balance between weight and strength, making it easy to transport and install without compromising on structural integrity.


Mechanical Strength

The bend strength is ≥125MPa for the first two specifications and ≥130×10⁻⁴MPa for the 4×0.3/0.3MM specification. This high bend strength allows the panel to withstand bending forces without breaking, making it suitable for curved architectural designs. The bend modulus of elasticity is ≥3.2×10⁻⁴MPa and ≥3.5×10⁻⁴MPa respectively, indicating good flexibility and rigidity, ensuring that the panel retains its shape after minor deformations.


Resistance Properties

It has strong penetration resistance (≥18kN to ≥22kN), meaning it can resist being pierced by sharp objects, providing an additional layer of security. It also has high share strength (≥58MPa to ≥68MPa), ensuring that it can withstand shear forces without failure. The thermal deformation temperature is ≥105℃, and the thermal expansivity is ≤1.8×10⁻⁵/℃, ensuring stability under temperature changes, preventing warping or cracking in hot or cold environments.


Stability in Various Conditions

It shows no change when exposed to boiling water and temperature differences, making it suitable for use in areas with high humidity or fluctuating temperatures. It also has a fire retardant rating of Bl, providing a certain level of fire safety. It also offers the same rigidity as steel sheets of 2.0mm or 3.0mm thickness depending on the specification, allowing it to replace steel in some applications where weight is a concern.
